According to a new post on mediaguide.ng official Instagram page, the news outlet shared a recent post made by the ex bbnaija winner on his twitter handle @itsLaycon, where he tweeted to his fans saying, "One thing about me, I don't like to show off. But God definitely loves to use me to show off and I love it."
One can say Laycon's journey to global success was God's plan for him and also a result of his hard work. First, he won the hearts of people with his charismatic nature during his stay at the Big Brother Naija 2020 'Lockdown' edition which inevitably led to him being crowned the grand winner of the reality TV show as he was voted for by a large number of fans including celebrities, most notably King Tunde Ednut who promoted and endorsed Laycon during the show on his Instagram social media page daily.
Secondly, after winning the show, the artiste didn't let the success and media attention he was getting blind his focus as he immediately took his musical career to the next level and made his mark in the Nigerian music industry after he was featured by buzzing artiste, Joeboy on the remix of his hit song "Nobody" , which was titled "Nobody (Icons Remix)". The song immediately made waves and endeared Laycon to fans and he has not looked back since then as he has dropped an EP and Album titled "Who Is Laycon and Shall We Begin" respectively.
In the post, he also promised better days ahead in which he must have referred to his musical output and personal development as he added, "I will continue to grow and win, this is just the beginning...there's more celebrations to experience."

It is safe to say he is truly blessed and more great songs will be coming from him soon.
