Nigerian musicians are presently making names for themselves outside the country. The entertainment industry in Nigeria has expanded beyond our boarders. This is to say the content and quality of music been produced are accepted.
The likes of Wizkid and Burnaboy have taking the music world by storm. Their music are recognized both home and abroad. At a point in time they have been featured by foreign artist such as Sam Smith, Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown and so on. They have sold out shows in some foreign countries.
A video shared on a Instagram page @acelebworld showed the moment an American Music by name Saweetie listed top musicians she would love to collaborate with. She made mention of Rihanna, kaash page, Burnaboy and Wizkid.
This shouldn't come as a shock as Burna boy and wizkid are recognized artist in most foreign countries. Saweetie is an American rapper. After the release of her debut single "Icy Grl", she was signed to Warner Records and her manager Max Gousse's record label Artistry Worldwide. She is expected to drop an album next year.
