The few who got an invite to the premier were given the theme by which there are supposed to dress. A reward for best dressed of the night will be given.
This reward is getting an all expense paid trip to Nairobi to enjoy yourself as much as you want and it seemed like many of our celebrities wanted to win as they really came to slay at the red carpet.
Nengi was one of those who received an invite to the movie premier and she sure gave us a look that night. Her gown was quite glamorous and it got some people wondering who or what Inspired her outfit.
Yes, the Queen B herself was the inspiration behind Nengi's gown last night. It was very obvious as their gowns looked very much similar.
Beyonce wore that gown to represent the African (Yoruba) goddess of fertility, Yemoja during her video shoot for the Lion King album.
See some Photos of Nengi and that of Beyonce
Now look at Beyonce, can't you spot the similarity in both gowns
Some Nigerians on Twitter even acknowledged this
