After A Lady Lamented About The Price Increase In Sanitary Pad , See The Reply She Got From People

A lady identified as "Aspiring Baby Girl" has taken to her Twitter page to lament about the price increase in sanitary pad in the country.

According to the lady, sanitary pad which was sold at N1000 naira, is now N1200 naira.

Sharing on her Twitter page, she wrote:

"Sanitary pad is no N1200, who dey bleed?".

A sanitary pad, sanitary towel, sanitary pad, menstrual pad, or pad is an absorbent bleeding, after giving birth, or recovering from gynecologic surgery, experiencing a miscarriage or abortion, or in any other situation where it is necessary to absorb a flow of blood from the vagina.

Hours after "Aspiring Baby Girl" made this statement, a Twitter user identified as "K_barbiie" took to the comment box to share her thoughts.

Sharing on her Twitter page, she wrote:

"Normal, pad honestly should be free, except for those with different design or scent or any added thing but, normal pad should be free it is a necessity, and some people who can't afford to buy it what happens to them, pad price should not be going up even if you want to sell it".

After "K_barbiie" made this statement, another Twitter user identified as "#freelife" took to the comment box to reply her.

He said:

"When the cost of production is high the market price must be high, none of those companies are government own, so why would that give it out for free?".
