5 Big Reasons Teni Is Different From Her Elder Sister, Niniola

It took a while for music lovers to know that Niniola and Teni are blood sisters. As a matter of fact, some people still don’t know this because they hardly do music or things together. For instance, since Teni entered the limelight, Niniola is yet to feature her.

Their late father, Simeon Apata, was a popular civil war veteran in the Isolo area of Lagos, before he was murdered by unknown gunmen on January 8, 1995.

While the duo are both doing well in the music industry, there are different in many ways. See below for their key differences:

1.      Mere looking at Teni, she is a tomboy. The fact that she loves wearing jeans and t-shorts has not helped her situation and she doesn’t care about what people say. But her sister, Niniola, can be described as a sex symbol. She is physically endowed and knows how to use her God-gifted qualities.

2.      Teni is deep lyrically while Niniola basically sings for commercial purposes. Niniola, in her music, sells sex a lot and she has been known for this. Teni sings about many things, including real-life events and experiences.

3.      While Niniola entered the music industry after participating in the Project Fame reality show where she emerged as the third runner-up, Niniola fought her way into the industry through hard work and consistency.

4.    Despite being sisters, both are signed to different record companies. Teni is signed to

Dr. Dolor Entertainment while Niniola owns her record company, Drum Roll Records.

5.      Niniola had her university education at the University of Lagos while Teni schooled in America, American InterContinental University.
