Popular cross-dresser, Idris Olarenwaju Okuneye, aka Bobrisky has been called out by the Director-General of the National Council for Arts and Culture (NCAC), Otunba Olusegun Runsewe, for his way of life which is said to have gone against true Nigerian and African culture.
This was made known by The Guardian, as the NCAC boss called on parents and guardians to instill African cultures and values into their wards children, so as to make them grow up to become responsible adults.

The NCAC DG, Runsewe gave this advice on Sunday, during his speech that was made to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN). He also encouraged parents to always give guidance to their children and wards, so as to make sure that they won’t live lifestyles that would go against African cultures and values in procreation, marriage, moral decency and respect for elders.
He gave the lifestyle of Bobrisky as an example, saying that the lagos-based cross-dresser had constituted a nuisance to Nigerian and African values, thereby misleading other Nigerian and African youths, due to a lack of true African values in him.
Do You think Bobrisky is a bad influence to the Nigerian youths because of the lifestyle he leads?
