It's no secret that the fashion business has turned into a real gold mine of elegant and sophisticated styles. However, gone are the days when a celebrity's style was so complicated that it was impossible to duplicate. Fashion designers nowadays are so talented that they can replicate and assist you in achieving any celebrity appearance you desire.
Popular American rapper, Cardi B is loved by many and the way she has been stunting on the red carpet, you can't blame people for wanting to look just as good as she does. She's a fashion icon and she keeps delivering bold ensembles that are worth recreating.
Nollywood actress Lilian Afegbai recently celebrated her birthday and she recreated one of Cardi B's iconic look. The actress, Lilian wore a sequin gown which the singer wore for Thierry Mugler’s exhibit opening. Lilian look stunning in the outfit and her looks clearly proves that a great outfit really does deserve a copy especially if the original wearer looks lovely and graceful in it.
Judging from their looks, the outfits they wore were identical but for the color; Lilian wore a blue gown while Cardi B wore a red gown. The gown was molded with sequins featuring a plunging neckline with matching gloves. To top it off, they threw hooded feathers over them for excessive drama. A jewel was placed on the neck to complement the dress.
We observed a few things with Lilian Afegbai's replica attire and here they are.
1. She decided to use a blue colour instead of red, probably because she's a fan of blue outfit and so she prefers going for what she feels comfortable in.
2. Apart from the dress, Lilian mimicked Cardi B's poses while snapping her.
3. Lilian also rocked same hair color and the hairstyle was short.
So what do you think about their looks and who do you think wore it better.
