Tiwa Savage dropped a controversial video on social media yesterday. In the video, she made it clear that an unknown person is threatening to release her sex tape on social media if she couldn't pay a huge sum of money.
Tiwa Savage opened up that the video was recorded by her current boyfriend some weeks ago. However, it got leaked out on Snapchat when her supposed boyfriend posted it on the platform.
Nigerian actress, Sonia Ogiri, criticised Tiwa Savage for allowing a man take a recording of their intimate moment. She believes love making should be a natural act and not planned.
In a statement released on Instagram, she wrote: "Dear young girls, please choose your path wisely. Tiwa Savage we love you but this is an unacceptable behaviour from you. So many young girls are looking up to you. Seeing this story and how you are defending it as natural is not okay darling".
Sonia Ogiri's statement wasn't received well by popular social media personality, Daddy Freeze. Daddy Freeze made it clear this is not the right time to Sonia to criticise Tiwa Savage.
He wrote: "Sonia, how dare you attack, Tiwa. A woman at her point of pain and then proceed to judge her. Apologise before this clout you are chasing ends badly".
Sonia doesn't have any reason to apologise for airing her opinion
I don't see any reason why Sonia Ogiri should apologise for using Tiwa's current situation to dish out an important advice to young Nigerian ladies out there.
Tiwa Savage publicised her issue and there is nothing wrong if people are criticising her over it. If Tiwa Savage doesn't want to hear diverse opinions from people, she shouldn't have aired her current situation.
I think this is the right time for Sonia Ogiri and Daddy Freeze to stop their social media drama. They need to know they are only making things worse for Tiwa Savage.
