It is true what they say that "no one knows tomorrow". The person you despise today because of his looks or status may climb to an elevated position tomorrow. That is the situation a young lady has found herself in, as she has just realized that the person she has been ignoring in her messages since 2016 is actually Laycon, a contestant at the Big Brother Nigeria reality television show.
Laycon whose real name is Olamilekan Agbeleshe, is a 26-year-old musician who hails from Lagos State, Nigeria. He was the best graduating student from the Department Of Philosophy in 2016, from the University of Lagos. Laycon is one of the Big Brother Nigeria contestants who could be going home with over 80 million naira and many brand endorsements after 10 weeks which the show is slated to last for.
The lady in question took to her social media handles to share screenshots of chats which the BBNAIJA star had been sending to her since 2016. Messages which she did not reply. She said expressed her regret over the incident, saying that after finding out that Laycon is one of the contestants at Bbnaija, she would now be replying all her messages, henceforth.
In the screenshots which she shared, Laycon was expressing his love for her while trying to toast her. In one message he commended the girl, "you are freaking hot" in another he told her, "I want you".
The incident has caused several reactions from social media users, most of whom were making jest of her and saying it the episode would teach her and other girls like her who exhibit unnecessary pride a huge lesson. Others said it was good that she didn't reply, because she could have probably derailed Laycon's destiny. Laycon through his Twitter handle reacted as he told the lady "you don late".
