As Laycon continues his media tour today, African Magic, the organisers of the Big Brother Reality TV show has released the hidden results which depicted that Laycon had no competition in the house. This means if Erica had not been disqualified, Laycon would have defeated her squarely at the finals.
When everything was cool in the house, when Laycon and Erica were best friends, there was a speculation that Erica was the strongest housemate in the house. This was even confirmed when she started saying that Laycon was using her to trend.
The question now is: was Laycon really using her to trend? Obvious not. Laycon was an underdog. He trended from Day 1. The day in walked into the show with his Nepa-themed outfit, the day that people laughed and locked at him for looking so simple. Some wondered what he came to the house for, when his fellow housemates were all looking glam and gorgeous.
As the day went on, Laycon stole our minds with his brilliance. He corrected Nengi so many times on her wrong pronunciation, he schooled the housemates about places and location when people like Vee, Tolanibaj and Nengi were arguing if Europe were actually a continent.
As the days progressed, we saw his musical prowress, his philosophical edge and his powerful mind. Laycon had no competition.
The voting polls were actually concealed to prevent people from guessing rightly the winner from the outset.
The organisers of the show did well by releasing all the voting polls in the house, at least people would no that Laycon was destined to win the show. He truly has no competition.
It's really sad that both Laycon and Erica are now cats and dogs but we hope for a reconciliation on their parts.
