Black then in the 90s and 2000s, there were many child actors and actresses that were of ultimate sensation to every Nigerian child and source of entertainment to every Nigerian homes.
It seems like just yesterday we were watching these child actors and actresses and wishing to be like them. They are always seen in TV sets of every Nigerian household. Those familiar faces are all grown up now and still doing well in the entertainment industry.
Today, I bring you a list of some Nollywood Child actors and actresses who have maintained their ground in the movie industry and what they look like now.
The beautiful child actress and crush of many Nigerian children back then made her acting debut in 2010 at the age of 9 when she starred in a movie titled the Miracle Child. Today she's all grown up and married to a wealthy billionaire Ned Nwoko and the union is blessed with one child.
The Nollywood stubborn boy popularly known as Ikenta made his acting debut as a child actor in 1999 and was known for playing the role of a spoilt child. Today he is a graduate of political science and still maintained his acting skills.
Somadina Adinma is another Nollywood Child actor that graced our Television back in the 90s and early 2000s. He started his acting career at the age of five (5) and currently a graduate that has maintained the status quo in the movie industry.
4. William Uchemba
Williams Uchemba is inarguably one of the most talented child actors in the 90s. He is known for playing the role of a maltreated and abused child. Right now, he is the African Youth representative to the United Nations. He still entertains his fans through his numerous Instagram funny skits.
4. Funke Akindele
Funke Akindele is one of the most talented comic actress in Nollywood. She made her first Nollywood debut in 1998 when she starred in a Nigeria teenage movie known as I Need To Know which aired between 1998 and 2002. She became very popular when she acted in the movie titled Jenifa where she played the role of a village girl trying to live the fast live in Lagos. Presently, Funke is a proud mother of twins.
6. Sharon Ezeamaka
Sharon was also a well known Nigerian Child actress after she played a role of a very inquisitive daughter in the TV drama series Dear Mother. She is all grown up now and still very relevant in the movie industry.
7. Denrele Edun
Denrele Edun, the nollywood comic actor started his acting career at the age of 13 when he anchored and acted on a popular children's programme in 90s on NTA known as the KiddieVision. He is proudly married now and still a great actor.
