Beyonce's Visual album Black is King was released yesterday on Disney Plus, it's the visual album to the soundtrack album for the 2019 Remake of The Lion King.
Here are 5 Nigerian Creatives (based in Nigeria) that were featured and worked on Beyoncé's Black is King visual album!.
* Daniel Obasi
Daniel Obasi is a fashion stylist based in Lagos Nigeria, he has worked with the biggest names in the Nigerian Entertainment industry and beyond. He has worked with Tiwa Savage, Davido, Sauti Sol and more. He has worked with Vogue, billboard and more.
He was part of the stylists for Beyonce's Black is King visual album.
Late Nigerian dancer that passed away allegedly from electrocution at Clarence Peter's house, Kodak, was also in Beyoncé's Black is King visual album. She danced gracefully and energetically on Tiwa Savage's "Keys to the Kingdom" on the album. Sadly she is no longer with us to celebrate this achievement, so we will celebrate for her as she watches from the skies.
* James and John Emmanuel
James and John are identical twins that are models in Nigeria under Led model management, an only male model agency. The twins were pictured standing at both sides of Tiwa Savage as she sat on a throne like chair. The twins have walked major fashion shows in Nigeria like Lagos Fashion Week, Arise Fashion Week and more.
Darchie is a supermodel in Nigeria and has graced different fashion events like Arise Fashion Week, Style by Zenith, Fashion's Finest and more. She is in Brown Skinned Girl video on Black is King standing and dancing next to Wizkid.
Congratulations to all the Nigerian Creatives mentioned and not mentioned here! Nigeria to the world!
