Brymo made this known through a tweet on his official Twitter handle on Thursday, saying that he is yet to receive an official suit from or summons to court from 2baba or his representatives.
The tweet states, “Let it be public knowledge that I have received no documents of any kind pointing to my being sued by Mr Idibia. Or his handlers or attorneys. The impunity with which he lied to all of society in the letter and public statement should rightly pose a setback.”
Brymo posted this after 2baba, through his lawyers, sent a letter to Brymo threatening a suit of N1billion if he doesn’t retract and apologise for his statement within 48 hours.
Brymo had accused 2baba of alleged assault which he claims to have proof for.
It has been a week since Brymo received the letter but no action has been taken by 2baba’s lawyers.
