A customer service representative (CSR) has come out to reveal how he was sacked because of complaints from Daddy Freeze, about poor customer service provision from DSTV and how their customer service agent hanged up the call on him. In his tweets on twitter, he revealed what transpired between him, Daddy Freeze, and his Boss at work. He said he used to work for DStv Africa as a Call Centre Representative. “On the 5th July 2020, Daddy Freeze called in and requested that his account be reconnected on Premium XtraView apparently he made a short payment in the account. Him being the CSR attending to His query told him in the best professional way to go make the Top Up payment into His DStv Account before the account can get reconnected; Reason because price Changed, and Daddy Freeze Being the Daddy Freeze we all know started ranting and extremely Irate still he was calm further, the call disconnected then he Put that up on his Instagram page. His managing director saw the Post and the Call was traced, played and Because he is a Public Figure, he was blamed for not reconnecting the account, So he LOST the Job yesterday after a session with the HR.” After he released that statement, many people have been reacting to it, as some believed it’s Daddy Freeze’s fault, some felt it’s the fault of his boss and some believed he might not be saying the truth about what really went wrong between him and Daddy Freeze.
