Former Big brother Naija housemate Uriel Ngozi Oputa has shown off her wellness Journey on Social media and I must say the transformation is so excellent that it defies belief that she did it just by dieting and exercising.
Uriel is a top Entertainer and Entrepreneur. During her stay in the Big brother naija (Season 2) house she made her enthusiasm for cooking known. After the show, she started a food related website and has also been doing well in other areas.
She has again shocked many Instagram users with a picture of her Transformation.
She took to her Instagram page to post a picture of her before and presently. In her caption, she started that there isn't a perfect weight and that she was happy being a size 14/16 but her body needed to be fed differently so she did and she lost weight. She also stated that she has a family history of cancer, Strokes, High blood pressure e.t.c and she wouldn't want her kids to go through what her brothers and she has gone through with her mum.
Here's a picture of the caption;
She seems happy about the transformation because she is a healthier than she was before but I don't that is the case for some of her followers on her Instagram.
Some of her fans have made comments about their preference to her former body weight and i won't lie I also do. Someone commented "You guys should tell yourself the truth, she looks sick". Nevertheless, there were encouraging comments too. Here are photos of people's Opinion;
Despite what people think she loves it, and she's doing it to stay healthy and I think it is a good thing. What is your opinion concerning her transformation? Please do well to drop comments.
Thanks in Anticipation 💕
