Poor Semah was adopted by Flavour after they met in Liberia. His ability to sing virtually all of Flavour's songs touched the Nigerian superstar who thought of nothing else but to adopt poor Semah as his son.
Semah's singing talent is an unprecedented and marvellous one because of his glorious voice. In fact, when you hear him sing his preferred gospel songs you wouldn't know when tears would start rolling out of your eyes.
Semah's case has got me to understand the popular saying in Pidgin that "this life no just balance". How could a poor boy full of enthusiasm and exhilarating musical talent be blind? Truly, this life isn't balance so to speak.
Whenever I see blind people I always have this pity for them that I would want to cry and start questioning God.
May God continue to bless Flavour for adopting the poor boy and for giving him a befitting life.
Besides Flavour's Semah, there are other Nigerian celebrities whose children are currently blind. For example, the great Cobhams Asuquo. Cobhams Asuquo's son was also born blind just like him.
Cobhams Asuquo remains a living legend and an inspiration to every blind person because of his remarkable achievement in spite of his blindness, which I wouldn't call a disability but a blessing.
If Cobhams Asuquo can make it as a blind man, Semah and other celebrities whose children are currently blind will also become famous and get to the top. They shall be heard of all over the world.
I urge every reader of this article to leave a word of prayer for Semah and other blind children of celebrities as well as other unpopular blind children around the world.
I believe that God can still restore their sight because He's all powerful.
Share this article and like it. And don't forget to leave a word of prayer for every blind children out there under the comments section. Thank you.
