In the movie, "White House Down" Joey king portrayed the role of Emily Cale , the young brave girl who saved the white house from collapse.
She was born on the 30th of July, 1999. She is currently 20years of age.
King has appeared in many movies like, the conjuring, independence day resurgence, wish upon, white house down, the kissing booth, the dark knight rises, stupid love and so on.
Her first lead role was from the comedy series "Ramona and Beezus". She also played as the young girl Kirsten in "Battle: Los Angeles".
She began her acting career in 2006 and her role in the crime series, "the act" earned her Primetime Emmy Award and Golden Gblobe Award nominations.
She has two sisters who are also actresses, Kelly and Hunter king.
Her latest movie " the kissing booth 2" is about a teenager who struggle with life and maintaining a long distance relationship with her boyfriend. The movie is a continuation of "the kissing booth"
