1. Peju Omobolanle
Peju acts the role of a conservative mum. The type that would sacrifice her life for you, so you can live. She plays this character uniquely and expresses it fluently like it's a natural thing for her.
2. Fausat Balogun
Fausat generally plays the role of a good mother, the type of mum that finds and try to open way for her children, the aproko/paparazzi mum. Her uniqueness in role interpretation can't be downplayed.
Here comes the twist, Toyin plays this role of a wicked mother, a no-nonsense mother that will defend you even when you're wrong. She can frustrate her child into getting rich and even support them occasionally with sacrifices.
I must say “she plays an overwhelming character ”.
4. Jaiye Kuti
She plays the city mum and an up to date mama, she doesn't take nonsense, and she can also be referred to as “the olosho mama”. She plays this role so well that our sense of judgement towards that character is diminished.
Which of these characters do you think plays the role of a mother perfectly in the right way?
