Comedian John Okafor, popularly known as Mr. Ibu, lost his 2-year-old son, Emmanuel Mandela, on January 24, 2012.
Before his death, Mandela was kidnapped from his mother's side in 2011. However, they were released after paying a ransom.
This may have affected him, as he became ill shortly afterwards and was diagnosed with a swollen liver.

3. iya rainbow
Veteran actress Idowu Philips, popularly known as Iya Rainbow, lost her daughter Sola Osborne on January 14, 2016 to complications from an ulcer.
The deceased, who like her mother was a prophetess, was reportedly on a constant marathon fast, which aggravated her ulcer condition.
She collapsed the night she died after returning from a retreat.
She died alone at the age of 46.
4. Eucharia Anunobi
The news of the death of Raymond Ekwu, the only son of the actress and pastor Eucharia Anunobi, was bad news for everyone.
Raymond died on August 22, 2017, at the age of 15, from complications due to sickle cell anemia.
Shortly after his death, Eucharia revealed in an interview that her son had been accidentally killed by his doctor.
5 Remi Oshodi "Surutu
The popular Yoruba actress also lost her beautiful daughter Ayomikun to complications of sickle cell disease.
Ayomikun died on July 2, 2017 after a crisis at the Lagos State Teaching Hospital (LASUTH).

Daniel, who had celebrated his first birthday only a few weeks before his death, drowned in a pool at the singer's residence in Ikoyi on June 25, 2018.
