There have been several reactions from Nigerians online due to the twist that Big Brother added to the game, which seemed to be unfair to Pere according to the viewers. That's because Angel, who would have gone home, was rather sent to the white room where Pere was kept after he was jokingly evicted before the other housemates, so they could play a game of survival with each other.
So far, the game hasn't been played as at 5am today being Monday, September 27th, but in another way, that twist in the game will actually be of more benefit to Pere if it's seen this other way.
His fan base will increase:
So far, many people have already started to believe that Pere is being made to suffer needlessly when his fan base actually delivered him, through their votes, which were assumed to be the main decider of whether or not a housemate survives eviction. Due to this mild drama, many more people have been forced to stand with him, including those that weren't his fans before.
One thing about Nigerians online is that they like playing the pity game on anyone they believe is being marginalized. With this game twist, and also the increase in his fan base, it will help him during the finale if he wins the game against Angel or some other decision is made by Big Brother.
Moreover, it's Big Brother's game and anyone can be singled out to play a particular role, of which the likes of Saga, Nini, Liquorose, Maria were once given a task to deliver and it thus, made them more popular than normal.
