Dancing involves the movement of the body to a sound. This activity has been proven to have lots of health benefits because it is a form of exercise. Nigeria is blessed with many dancers and most of them happens to be our artistes. In this article, I will be showing you seven Nigerian musicians who can dance.
1. Patoranking.
Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie who is popularly known as Patoranking is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. The artiste is not only a talented in singing, he can dance as well. If you have ever watched his music videos, then you'll agree with me that Patoranking is a great dancer.
2. Flavour.
Chinedu Izuchukwu Okoli, who is better known by his stage name Flavour, is a Nigerian high life singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Flavour is widely recognized because of his music and dancing skills.
3. Yemi Alade.
Yemi Eberechi Alade has really made a name for herself in the Nigerian music industry. The 32 years old beauty is a singer, actress and songwriter, she can also dance.
4. Zlatan.
Omoniyi Temidayo Raphael who is professionally known as Zlatan is a Nigerian singer, songwriter and dancer. The young artiste is also the inventor of the "zanku" dance step which is very popular in Nigeria.
5. Naira Marley.
Azeez Adeshina Fashola who is popularly known as Naira Marley is one of the most popular artistes in Nigeria. He has his fan base, which he calls 'Malians'. The 30 years old artiste has invented many dance steps which he always displays in his music videos.
6. Burnaboy.
Damini Ebunoluwa who is also known as Burnaboy is one of the most successful Nigerian artistes, he is also a good dancer.
7. Tekno.
Augustine Miles Kelechi who is popularly known as Tekno is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. The young artiste has released many hit songs over the years, he is widely known for his unique style of music and dance.
