The Elephant Shrew also referred to as the jumping shrew, it's a small mammal native to Africa. They can be found in any habitat (forest and desert) in the continent. They are one of the fastest small mammals in the world.
4) African Civet:
The African Civet is a native to sub-Saharan Africa, they are mainly found in woodlands and secondary forests.
The African Civet detects its prey by smell and sound.
The animal is usually hunted and used for producing civetone for the perfume industry.

Okapi has characteristics of the Zebra and Giraffe; they have stripes like the Zebra and a long neck like the Giraffe.

They are found in countries like Botswana, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Kenya, Malawi and South Africa.
Greater Kudus are mainly found in scrub woodlands.

This animal is also called the bush baby, they are mainly found in Sub-Saharan Africa.
They have large eyes which aid good night vision, long tails, strong hind limbs and bat-like ears that allow them to track insects in the dark.
