The Nigerian flag is a symbol that represents the country anywhere in the world, and any Nigerian who sees this flag in a foreign country knows what it means. A Nigerian lady known as Udeh Chiamaka Victoria has passed a message across with the Nigerian flag in Russia. The 23-year-old model is representing Nigeria in the ongoing Miss Africa Russia Competition 2021. The competition is currently being held in Moscow.
She came on stage boldly holding up a bloodstained Nigerian flag, and the Nigerians in the crowd who could relate with the message chanted "ENDSARS". Recall that the ENDSARS protest in Nigeria was one that really changed the lives of so many people in the country. Some people lost their loved ones as a result, and that memory would remain with them for life. Chiamaka proceeded to wrap the Nigerian flag around herself then she knelt down on stage.
Chiamaka has been praised by a lot of people for the bold step she took, and the message she passed across to the rest of the world. Some people have even described Chiamaka as a hero who didn't forget what Nigerians went through during the protest. Below are some more photos of Chiamaka. What are your thoughts on what Chiamaka did? Leave a comment below.
