There are some habits you exhibit that makes you look older than your age. Consuming sugary foods regularly, smoking, excessive alcohol intake and stressing out can make you age very fast. They can dehydrate your skin and decrease the production of collagen, thereby causing a wrinkled and dry skin. I will go detailed on the habits that makes you look older than your age.

1.Smoking

When you keep smoking cigarettes, your skin will tend to get wrinkled and dry. This happens because the smoke from tobacco contains toxins which reduce the circulation of oxygen, blood and nutrients to your skin. When this happens you will tend to look older than your age.


2. Drinking too much Sodas.

The high amount of sugar in sodas have a negative effect on your skin quality. When you consume sodas regularly, you may suffer a metabolic disease which makes your cell age faster.


3.Eating too much Sugary Foods

Consuming too much sugary foods will not only spike your blood sugar, but will also make you age faster. Too much sugar can damage the anti-aging vitamin, Collagen and Elastin. When this happens, you will tend to age faster and look older than your age.


4.Drinking Too Much Alcohol.

When you consume too much alcohol, it will tend to dehydrate your skin thereby causing wrinkling.


5.Not Getting Enough Sleep

You need to get enough sleep and you should try not to overstress yourself. When your sleep quality is poor, your body organs will not have enough time for repair. When this happens, you will experience wrinkling which will make you look older than your age.
