Materials you will need are ankara fabric and some tools. Ensure you use quality Ankara fabrics.
Get big beads and you can choose from the variety of beads available at jewellery stores. You will also need good glue.
Get a clasp. Make use of any material that can hold something firmly on your hands e.g. ribbon, fishing line etc. Also get a pair of scissors.

Step 1. Use a tape to check the circumference of your beads. This will give you an idea as to how to cut your Ankara to wrap around the beads. This measurement will guide you on how much Ankara fabric to use.
Step 2. Using the measurement from the first step, Mark out the inches you need on your fabric. You can add some extra inches just to be safe. Then, cut out the Ankara fabric using your pair of scissors.
Step 3: Wrap the Ankara around the clasp and then glue. Ensure it is dry before you move on to the next step.
Step 4. Pass your beads through the clasp and then close the clasp loop.
You have your very own customised Ankara bracelet.
