Ingredients
• Grinded Mondora Mystical (Ehu Seeds)
• Catfish
• Scent leaves
• Chili Pepper or Habanero pepper
• Salt
• Seasoning cubes
• Onions
First Step

Wash your catfish and cut it into your desired sizes,I suggest it should be about an inch in size and after you have done that get your kettle and boil a little amount of water then pour it on the pieces of fish,this process makes the skin tough in order to avoid separation while it's boiling.

Get a chopping board and chop your onions and after you have done that,pick the scent leaves amd wash it,then set it aside.

Get a pot and put in the fish and add a decent amount of water,it should be a little bit higher than the level of the fish,then add your seasoning cubes and allow it to boil for like 5 minutes.

Once it starts boiling,add your grinded pepper,ehu seeds and scent leaves and allow it to boil until the fish is properly cooked,after it has boiled you can turn off the heat and your catfish pepper soup is ready to be served.
