Adenrele Oluwafemi Edun popularly known as Denrele was born on 13th of June, 1983 in Hamburg, Germany to a Yoruba father and an Indian-Mauritius mother. He is the only son of parents with two sisters. He grew up in Germany and came to Nigeria when he was five years old where he attended St Gregory's College, Ikoyi and the University of Lagos where he studied English Education.
Denrele is a presenter, model, social media celebrity and an actor. He started acting at the age of 11 in the kiddiesvision 101 on NTA network. After his graduation in the University, he became a presenter on sound city before he moved to become one of the Channel O's VJs.
He has been featured in many Nollywood movies and in one or two television series. He is known for his long natural woolly hair and style of dressing. As a model, he rocks different dress mode and looks.
Denrele's lifestyle and fashion sense and general unique work of art has been recognized for sixteen award and 30 nominations. His mother "Anita Dhuwantee Atwaroo Edun" is an Indian-Mauritarian who married a Nigerian.
