4 Things You Should Always Ask Your Makeup Artist Before Your Wedding Day

It is with no doubt that every lady desires to look her best on her wedding day, including a stunning facial makeup. You will also agree with me that no lady will want to be disappointed by her makeup artist.

It's to this end that this article has put together 4 things every lady should ask her makeup artist before her wedding day:

1. Price

You will bear me witness that budget is something we always consider whenever we're about to do something, no matter how heavy our pockets are.

Therefore, it is important for you to always ask your makeup artist about the exact price he or she will charge you throughout the makeup session.

The reason why you need to know the exact price is because some of them will only give you an estimate, only for you to be shocked at the high price she/he will demand from you just few days before the wedding.

2. Select Your Own Brands

Ensure that you always ask your makeup artist about the brand of products she'll be using on your skin and face.

This question is very necessary because oftentimes, you'll discuss about the particular makeup product to use but she may end up coming with some regular products that you don't even know anything about it.

In fact, I am of the opinion that after you've agreed on the product to be used, you should apply some amount of it on a small patch of skin so that you can observe for either a day or two, to see whether you will be allergic to it or not.

3. Time

It may surprise you to know that every bride usually runs out of time on her wedding day.

Since it is one of the most special days of your life, it is important for you to try to be ready on time.

My advice for you is to set a time for your makeup artist to finish your makeup, so as to enable you have extra time for touch-ups or adjustments.

4. Trials

Before your wedding day, I will advise you to take make-up trials, at least two to three times before the D-Day.

Although your makeup artist may entice you with experiences on bridal makeup, you should never to be carried away. Ensure that you ask her for a few trials a week before the wedding.

This is because if something looks uncomfortable to you, you'll have the chance to choose a different look or make up instantly.
