Well the foods you eat could also have an impact in determining how your hair grows. In this article, I am going to be talking about 4 foods that has been proven to help hair growth.

1. Eggs

Eggs are very essential parts of our diet but I still find it funny to recognize that only a few people eat eggs. Some use the remark that it is costly which makes them unaffordable for the common man but I still find people buying sodas which are costly and less healthy to the body.

Eggs are important and everyone should cultivate the habit of eating eggs more often as their nutrients benefit almost every part of the body. The high level of protein and biotin found in eggs helps in the growth of hair.

2. Fatty Fishes

Fatty fishes are another group of fishes that has been found to be beneficial to the body. The high level of nutrients which can be found in fatty fishes such as salmon, hierring and mackerel makes them good for hair growth.

They contain high level of Omega 3 fatty acids which promotes hair growth and density.

3. Sweet potatoes

Sweet potatoes are nice foods that can be found anywhere. They are a bit costly in the country but are really worth the price. Sweet potatoes are rich in vitamin A, which helps sebum productions that speeds up rate of hair growth.

4. Avocadoes

Avocadoes are rich in nutrients such as Vitamin E, an antioxidants that promotes hair growth. They are also rich in Omega-3 fatty acids which is another nutrient that is necessary for hair growth.
