Ways to get rid of foul smells as a lady with home remedies

In some point in our lives, we ladies have experience some foul smell down there and wondered what could be the cause. We have also searched to solutions to it and sometime it keeps coming back. This personal issue has affected ladies confidence. In other to find the solution to this problem, we ladies need to study and understand our body well. This smell could be natural while some could be caused by infections or the type of food we eat. They type of food we eat also contributes to the way it smells. Those foods are the ones contains high and sugar.

Other causes includes

2) STI like gonorrhea causing yellow, green. gray discharge with foul odor. This could also cause pain in the pelvic are

3) changes in estrogen level due to pregnancy, breastfeeding or menopause

4) Bacterial infections that causes fishy foul smell.

5) Avoid wearing thongs. Wear panties made of cotton.

6) Don't wear tight clothes. Down there needs to breath, it needs air.

There are so many was to deal with this issue, some people go for the medical solutions while some would would prefer the natural solution.

THE HOME REMEDIES INCLUDES;

1) TEA TREE OIL

All you need is a few drops of tea tea tree oil and a cup of water. Dilute the oil into the water and use as a wash. Please note that tea tree oil is very strong and might not be suitable for everyone. It should be diluted first before use.

2) PINEAPPLES

It is said that pineapples are beneficial. Eat pineapples frequently or you would drink one or two glasses of pineapple juice everyday. The sugar and enzymes in the pineapple will improve the odor.

3) CITRUS FRUITS

Citrus fruits includes oranges, grapes, lime, lemon etc. They help fight against bacteria down there. eating them would help get rid of the odor.

4) TURMERIC

Turmeric contains antimicrobial, anti inflammatory and antioxidant properties. All you need is 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and a glass of milk. Drink the mixture before going to bed.

5) LAVENDER OIL

Lavender oil has a really nice smell and it would help reduce itching and irritation. All you need is 2 drops of lavender oil and a drop of mint oil. Add both oils into a liter of water and store in a bottle. Use cotton wool to apply the solution down there. Do this everyday for a couple of weeks. It would make you feel rejuvenated and smell good all day.

It is important to note that personal hygiene is key to have a nice smell.
