Stop Using Chemical Based Hair Shampoo, See How To Make Organic Shampoo. (Antifungal and Antiseptic)

Most hair products available in the market are manufactured with toxic chemicals that gives the hair instant gratification. They help make the hair clean, shiny, bouncy and smooth which often makes us settle for them. However, these short-term benefits comes with long-term ill effects which could range from hormonal imbalance to cancer.

Organics on the other hand is made of natural herbs and root without side effect. What is needed is consistency to achieve desired result. The ingredients listed below have antiseptic and antifungal properties which aids with dandruff clearance, itch, boost hair follicles, darkens and give the hair a shinny look.

Ingredients needed.

Distilled water.

Grated Dudu Osun or Zee black soap.


African Black soap/ Ghana black soap

Coconut oil


Tee tree oil

Neem leaves

Aloevera gel

Sulphur and preservative

Apple cider vinegar or white vinegar


Baking soda

Orange peels



Boil neem leaves, lemon, sandalwood and orange peel for 30 mins and leave to cool.

Put black soap and grated dudu osun or zee black soap in a bowl and mix well

Add honey, and baking soda

Sieve the boiled water left to cool and pour into the black soap and stir.

Leave overnight to melt.

Add sulphur, preservative and other ingredients listed above. And stir well for incorporation.

Pour into an air tight bottle.


* Do not use too much oil so that the soap can latter.

* Pour liquid to your desired consistency.

* Don't be scared of the gaseous reaction produced when you add vinegar and baking soda. It's normal.
