Having a beautiful, healthy and nice looking skin is one of our greatest beauty concern. It is something we all wish to have- both men and women.

A beautiful healthy skin is a confidence booster that you hold your head up so high when you are with others-the feeling is heavenly. lolzz

Most recently, in order to get a glowing skin,a great number of people have spent quite a lot just to have a beautiful, and attractive skin. Some have in the process, damaged their natural skin trying to use these chemicals called creams,that are sold in the market.

Notwithstanding, I will be showing you common foods/fruits that can help keep your skin glowing forever. These fruits/foods are;

1. Salmon(fish)

You want your skin shinning/glittering? Why not include this fish in your diet always?

Salmon contains Omega 3 fatty acids which helps to keep the skin nicely nourished/mosturized. This fish contains selenium which protects your skin from sunburn.


2. Tomatoes

Most of us use tomatoes for cooking but this beautiful fruit can also be used for your skin.

Tomatoes have anti aging agents which help keep you looking younger than your age. It contains vitamin C which is a brightening agent.

This common fruit can transform your dull looking skin and restore glow to it.


3. Walnuts

Wouldn't it sound amazing if i tell you that walnuts contain fats and nutrients which help strengthen the membrane of the skin cells while keeping out toxins that can damage your skin? Well that is the truth,it is what it is.


4. Strawberries

Strawberries are rich in vitamin C which is essential for the production of collagen. This collagen in turn,helps keep the skin firmer and also improve your complexion.


5.Chocolates

Most of us if not all of us, love chocolates. It is a great source of vitamins essential for the skin. It contains flavonoids which help filter UV rays thereby preventing skin damage.


6. Oranges

Oranges contain citric acid which aids in skin exfoliation thereby improving the overall look of your skin. It also helps to keep your skin firmer.


7. Yoghurt

If you want to dissolve dead skin cells and also tighten your skin pores,then use yoghurt. Yoghurt contains lactic acid which does this job perfectly.

The vitamin B12 present in it also helps lighten skin discoloration.


8. Peppers

Who wouldn't want a youthful looking skin always? Pepper helps increase blood circulation to your skin thereby giving it a youthful look. Pepper is rich in carotenoids which prevents wrinkles.


9. Sunflower

Sunflower contains vitamin E which prevents the skin from sunburn. Its oil helps to mosturize your skin thereby,making it to glow.


10. Oats

Do you have a dry skin?

Do you want to cleanse your skin naturally?

Then eat oats especially taken as breakfast. Oats is packed with antioxidants which helps to beat dry skin.

It contains saponins which cleanses the skin naturally..
