This is how to get rid of dandruff from your hair naturally.

Dandruff is a condition of the scalp that causes flakes of skin to appear.The most important factors in treating dandruff are time,patience and the right products.

These are some products which are vey helpful in dandruff treatment:

Lemon grass oil-This is oil which is extracted from the lemon grass.It contains amino acid and anti-oxidants that will reduce dandruff.

Baking soda-This is an exfoliant that can remove excess oil off skin and oils on the scalp.It contain anti fungal properties that may help fight the fungus responsible for dandruff. It has a very high Ph level which can damage the scalp.Don't use it too much because it can strip the hair of its natural oil which can cause dryness or irritation,use it in a moderate way.

Tea tree oil-This is very effective in treating dandruff but it should not directly on your scalp, mix it with shampoo before using it.

Coconut oil-This oil is extracted from coconut and nourishes the hair while preventing dryness and flaking of the scalp.

Onion and ginger juice-This juice is highly effective in the treatment of dandruff.

Method of preparation

Get some bulbs of onions and ginger.

•Blend them together,

•Using a semi-permeable material,squeeze it to extract the juice.

Other methods for dandruff treatment include:

•Try applying oil and cream often especially if you have a dry scalp but not everyday.

•If your hair is clean but still have dandruff,it's probably because you've been keeping dirty hair for too long before now and so, it will take a longer time to get dandruff off your hair.

•Applying products on your hair everyday without washing the hair can cause dandruff. Let's say you apply products on your hair for months and you didn not wash the hair for months,its wrong.So It's advisable to always wash your after loosing any hair style you make,before making any new hair style, wash your hair.

•Always wash your hair tools because of the fungi and bacterial in your comb and brushes. Micro organisms live where there is moisture. Always keep your hair tools clean, neat and dry.

•After washing your hair, always wash your tools used for the washing.Clean and dry them before keeping the tools back.

•At least, wash your hair tools once a week. Add salt, disinfectant or sanitizer when washing your hair tools.

•It is advisable to use warm water while washing your hair tools.

Use coconut oils-It improves hydration, reduce irritation and prevent fungi growth on the scalp.It may also improve moisture retention in the skin and promote wound healing.

•Reduce your sugar intake.

•Minimize stress.Rest when you can,stress can trigger dandruff,so avoid it.Relax when possible,use music to ease tension and stress.

•You must not use everything on your hair,go for only quality products which you can trust.•Limit the usage of relaxers because of the chemicals they contain.While I was using relaxers on my hair, dandruff disturbed me a lot but when I went on natural, it reduced.

•Drink lots of water-This will prevent dryness of the scalp and minimize the chances of getting dandruff.
