11 Time and Money-Saving Clothing Hacks

We have been taught to treat the world as our runway since we were tiny girls. This entails looking flawless every time we leave our homes. However, maintaining perfection is a challenging task. There will undoubtedly be wardrobe mishaps and issues along the way.

Here are some clothing suggestions to keep in mind to help you achieve this almost impossible task that society has set on us:

1. Hide bra straps using paper clip.

Strapless bras can be a pain in the neck, but if you want to feel more at ease in your halter and sleeveless shirts, one of the best clothing hacks is to conceal your bra straps by clipping the two straps together with a bra clip.

2. To remove make-up smudges off your clothes, use shaving cream.

Makeup stains can make you look less than ideal. You may simply remove them by rubbing a small bit of shaving cream into the stain. Rub it for a few minutes and then wipe the cream away!

3. Using a hair tie, extend the waistband of your tight pants.

Is it already too tight in your pants? Sewing a hair tie into the buttonhole and looping the other end over the button is one of the best clothes hacks for this.

4. Using a Crayon, unstick your zipper.

Don't be alarmed if your zipper gets stuck. It's as simple as rubbing a crayon on both sides of the zipper. Try zipping it up and down to see if it will come undone.

5. Sandwich bags can be used to make tight shoes more comfortable.

Fill two sandwich bags halfway with water to loosen up tight shoes. Insert them into the shoes. Place the shoes in the freezer for at least an hour. Due to the propensity of water to expand when frozen, this is a safe and quick way to stretch out your shoes.

6. Use a double-sided tape to close button gaps.

If your bra and boobs continue to show through the spaces between the buttons on your top, you can easily cover them using double-sided tape. After removing the protective strip, you're set to go!

7. Sweat Stains Can Be Removed With a Homemade Mix.

There's no need to toss your garments just because they're stained with sweat. The stains can be easily removed with a solution of salt, hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, and vinegar.

8. White Vinegar can be used to keep black pants from fading.

Add a half-cup of white vinegar to the last cycle of the wash to keep your pants' black color.

9. Socks are used to tuck non-skinny jeans into boots.

Tuck your non-skinny jeans into long socks before putting on your boots to achieve a faultless look with your non-skinny jeans and boot outfit.

10. Using a Shaver, Get Rid of Pilling in Your Clothes.

Is your beloved sweater strewn with pills you don't want? Simply shave them off with a razor (just like your armpit hair!) to get rid of them.

11. With a Homemade Spray, You Can Get Rid of Cloth Wrinkles.

Spray the wrinkled area with a mixture of 2 cups of water, 1 teaspoon of conditioner, and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar to quickly repair creases (without ironing!).
