Many of us, including the writer have fallen victim to these simple mistakes, often times because they sound correct in our ears, but in actuality, they are errors.
Whenever situatioms arises that you want to visit the barbing saloon instead of saying " i want to barb my hair " , the correct words to utter is to say that " I want to barber my hair" .
Though the latter might sound strange but that is the correct words to utter. The former tend to be what we have been familiar with and it has become so conventional in our usage and it has been generalized as the correct words to utter but it is not however.
