Making good outfits isn't enough; you need to make sure you create outfits that your customers will like.
You need to understand that no one would patronize you if your clothes were not good enough.
There are four major guidelines you have to adhere to if you successfully create styles that your customers will like:
- A common mistake made by fashion designers is that they just assume that their customers will like a particular style, and most of the time, when they are done with the style, the customers end up not liking the style.
-Source for the latest designs from tailors who are higher and more professional than you. It's okay if you ask tailors in other countries too. No customer will reject the latest design.
- Consider your customers body features when designing the cloth; Check the body size, the height and also the neck as this will influence the type of Neckline you'll apply on the outfit.
- Finally, take corrections from your customers, they are the ones wearing the clothes, if they suggest to you about making adjustments, please adhere.
