How To Use Avocado Pear for Skin

Avocado oil can be used to massage the skin, as a face mask, or in lotions, creams, shower gels, and bath oils. It is safe to use on the skin on a daily basis.

As a moisturizer for the face

Take the inside of an avocado peel and rub it onto your face to use avocado as a facial moisturizer. Allow 15 minutes for the residue to dry before rinsing the face with warm water.

Avocado oil in a bottle can be used to moisturize the face at night. The next morning, wash it off.

In the tub

Adding a few tablespoons of avocado oil to a bath will soften the entire body while also preventing the skin from drying out from the hot water.

It can also be combined with other bath oils, such as lavender or aloe vera.

When used as a moisturizer

After a bath, combine avocado oil with other essential oils and massage into the skin. Before applying the oil, pat the skin dry with a towel.

Avocado oil is also beneficial on its own and can be used to keep skin smooth all over the body.

For hair and scalp care

Avocado oil can be used in a hot oil treatment to help a person with a dry scalp. Pour 3–5 tablespoons of oil into a small glass jar and put it in a saucepan of just-boiled water to heat it.

To keep the oil from getting too hot, check the temperature on a regular basis. Remove the jar from the water when the oil is warm and gently massage the oil into the scalp.

The oil can be applied overnight and then shampooed out the next day. This may aid in the reduction of dandruff and rough, flaky scalp skin.

Taking care of dry, inflamed skin

Mix equal parts avocado and olive oils and add to the skin once or twice a day to cure and soften rough, dry skin.

One or two drops of an essential oil, such as lavender, may be added to the mixture to give it a fragrance.
