But in Africa, this was never the case, and it still isn’t in most regions. The ideologies behind most tattoos in Africa go much deeper than pure aesthetics.
The fact remains that African culture is one who isn't entirely open to the idea of tattoos. The concept of having paintings all over one's body is an unending argument that drives divided opinions.
