Eat These Foods To Help You Get Rid Of Acne (Pimples) And Boost Your Skin Health

Your skin is one of the most sensitive organs in your body which can be easily affected by the kind of foods you consume. This is why you should be always careful about the foods you eat and how often you eat them as every food consumed can either act towards the improvement or decrement of your skin health.

The very moment your skin health is decremented or affected, skin-related issues like acne (pimples), eczema, rash, and many others begin to occur much more frequently and last longer. At this point, many begin to depend on various face creams, scrubs, and masks which might be expensive and may not bring a final solution to these skin-related issues because their causes are embedded or underlying in your body system and health.

Acne (pimples) is a major skin issue affecting millions of people around the world leaving many frustrated in a bid to get a cure for it. Getting rid of it at times becomes a hard task since it doesn't just have to do with the physical pimples you are seeking but some underlying factors in your boy system might be triggering it.

These underlying factors will best be affected by things consumed into the body system which is why I will be showing you some foods you should eat to help you get rid of acne (pimples) as well as boost your skin health.

a) Sweet Potatoes:-

This food contains beta carotene which gets converted to vitamin A or retinol. Vitamin A or retinol is a strong food substance that helps in fighting against acne, skin discoloration, inflammation, and clogged pores. Thereby improving skin health.

b) Lemon:-

Lemon juice has contents in it which help to lighten acne scars, blur blemishes as well as increase collagen production for the betterment of your skin health.

Note:- Straight lemon juice is too acidic and damages the skin barrier, it should, however, be diluted with warm water for a better effect.

c) Kale:-

This cabbage contains a lot of dense health nutrients which increases cells turnover rate helping to repair acne/pimples scar as well as boost collagen formation and skin health.

d) Papaya:-

These foods contain an enzyme known as papain which helps fade acne scars, hydrate skin, exfoliate dead skin cells, unclog pores and prevent future breakouts of the mentioned skin issues.
