Everybody wants soft and smooth skin that is free from wrinkles. But the question you should ask yourself is whether it is possible. Nonetheless, having a soft and smooth skin texture is not an impossible task. It is 100% possible to enjoy a better and succulent skin type.

But you have to answer a few questions like whether you are consuming healthy foods or not? Whether you are following a good skincare routine or not? Interestingly, it also depends on your physical activities and how much hydrated you keep yourself.

However, I will be talking about the food you should avoid for better and smooth skin. The type of food you consume is one of the most important factors that decide the energy level of your body. That is why you need to keep an eye on the type of food you are eating. This is because it affects the texture of the skin.

1. Alcohol

The first you should avoid as much as possible is alcohol. It does not only affects our overall health, but it is also bad for the skin. Excessive alcohol consumption causes wrinkles, puffy eyes, and crow feet in the very early years. It is better to go for healthy drinks and healthy fruit juices which you can make at home. Some people are fond of using extra salt after cooking. Consuming too much salt may affect the liver and can also cause swelling on the face and many other areas, giving you a swollen look.
