Media personality Toke Makinwa has given a piece of advice to ladies who are considering plastic surgery. Toke Makinwa took to her twitter page to share the advice.
She told ladies to beware of the medical facility of the surgeon who worked on her and avoid it. Omotola also stated that she is unable to talk about everything she has been going through, however she stated that she is currently financially drained also.
The fashion influencer encouraged women to love and embrace their bodies the way they are.
Nigerians across social media debated over the story. While some took the opportunity to preach self love and acceptance, others slammed Omotola for not making proper research on the medical facility she used, some people totally advised against the procedure entirely.
But Toke Makinwa does not seem to be fazed by the story as she has advised women who are interested in the procedure to on with it. According to her, life is too short.
She noted that they must be sure it is what they want and not what people think they should do. The media personality went ahead to tell women that surgery is not the total solution to being fit and looking appealing
According to her (@tokstarr)
"If you want to get your body done, do it, life is too short and just make sure it is what you want and not what you think is expected of you, No one is perfect and you’ll still need lots of exercising to keep fit. Surgery is half of it, any surgeon will tell you.
