How To Give Your Newborn A Sound Bathe
Many parents doesn't know how to give their newborns a sound bath, but with the help of these tips all parents will be able to give their newborns a sound bath.

To give your baby a sponge bath these are the steps you have to follow.
1. Gather all the supplies needed.
The supplies you need includes a bowl of lukewarm water, fragrance-free baby soap, mild and a washcloth.
2. Lay your baby down on a comfortable, flat surface.
Try to keep your baby warm by wrapping him or her gently in a clean towel and only expose the part of your baby’s body that you are ready to wash. Don't forget to keep one hand on your baby when washing him or her.
3. Start washing your baby’s head.
Procedure: Firstly dip the washcloth into the bowl of lukewarm water and wipe your baby’s face and scalp gently. It's important clean over the baby’s soft spots easily. Always try to clean the creases behind the ears and in the neck of your baby.
4. Lastly clean the rest of your baby.
Procedure: Add a small amount of good baby soap into the bowl of water and use the washcloth to wash the remaining part of your baby’s body gently. Don't forget to rinse off all of the soap after cleaning each area. It's very important.
After your baby’s umbilical cord stump falls off, then you can now switch to traditional bathing.

1. Try to prepare ahead of time.
