Several years back, it was quite difficult to convince people to make clothes using African prints. Many people considered it not to be classy enough. These days, everyone is jumping on the Afrocentric wave. They all want to be affiliated with beauty of African culture. A lot of people now make clothes and other clothing items with African prints. The most common of all African prints being Ankara. Ankara is widely used for lot of fashion piece, all over the world.
It is widely believed that an average African lady is a thick woman. At a point in time, many people used to body Shame African women for this, but they have come to realize the beauty of an average African woman with time.
