1 Recipe for Belly Fat; Tried and Tested

As a Nigerian, I know we all need one quick way to lose belly fat.

Weight lose journey can be very tiring but have this in mind that if you want to achieve any body goals, you have to want to achieve it.

It doesn’t matter what people tell you, I always say this; Do it for yourself and that way you can always be motivated to continue.

I’m always here to help you stay motivated by giving you easy tips that I have tried.

Here’s a quick and easy recipe that’s you need to do. It’s not time consuming and it takes ingredients that you already have in your kitchen, no need to break the bank.

Ingredients

1tsp Lemon juice, 1tsp Cayenne pepper, 1/2 cup of warm water(125ml), 2TBSP Apple Cider vinegar

Method

In an empty glasscup, pour in your warm water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Stir and drink first thing in the morning before having any other thing.

I have tried this, it doesn’t only help your burn that belly fat, it also give you energy.
