1. Crayfish contains Omega 3

Omega 3 fatty acids is a nutrient found in seafoods as well as in some fruits. The help protect the heart from several diseases by producing healthy fats known as High Density Lipoprotein (HDL). Heart diseases often results from chronic increase in the blood cholesterol levels. It occurs when the levels of bad fats known as Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) is higher than that of the good ones.

One severe effect of having the blood cholesterol levels high is that plaques could build up in the walls of the arteries obstructing blood flow and sometimes can even block it entirely leading to a cutoff in blood supply to the organ or tissues supplied by such an artery. Stroke occurs when an artery to the brain is blocked, when an artery that supplies the heart muscle is blocked, it can result to myocardial infarction.

2. Contains calcium 

Calcium is the mineral that makes up most of the portions of the bone density. However, it is notable to understand that the uses of calcium to the human body doesn't end in bone formation alone. Calcium also plays a key role in blood clotting as well as maintaining the action of the heart muscle. Most times when the body is lacking enough calcium, it tends to extract some calcium from our bones and when this happens continuously, there would be reduction in bone density.
