6 mouthwatering soups that can be used to eat all Nigerian foods

Nigeria is home to many delicious soups and foods. The country is blessed with many tribes that can cook mouthwatering delicacies which can make one ask for more. Nigeria foods in this article refers to the foods that are commonly eaten in Nigeria, such as rice, spaghetti, yam, bread, fufu, amala, tuwo, gari etc.

 Draw soups are normally used for eating swallow foods while soups that did not draw can be used for all foods. I'll show you some of the tasty soups you can prepare to eat your delicious foods.

1. Egusi soup

This is one of the best soups to eat various foods. You can use it to eat both swallow and spoon foods like rice and fufu.

This delicious soup is made with palm nuts and other spices which make it unique. You can use this soup to eat any food of choice.

3. Groundnut soup

Groundnut soup is the secret behind rice tuwo as many northerners did not joke with this combination. Actually, groundnut soup, which is made with peanuts or groundnuts is very nutritious as it contains edible fats that is beneficial to human health.

The combination of fluted pumpkin leaves and water leaves make this great vegetable soup very healthy. You can use this soup for varieties of food.

5. Efo riro

Efo riro is another great vegetable soup for rice, pounded yam, semo, yam and the likes. Vegetables are rich source of fiber for weight management, they are also enriched with essential vitamins and minerals for the body metabolism.

6. Beniseed soup

Have you tasted this lovely soup? It is made with beniseed or sesame seed. The soup when prepared sometimes look like egusi soup, but you will surely like the taste if you try it out as it go with many foods.
