The many uses of Pineapple you may not know

Pineapple is packed full of fibre, vitamins and minerals and contains an enzyme called bromelain. Pineapples are delicious, low in calories and loaded with nutrients and antioxidants.

Apart from pineapples been used as food, below are other health benefits of Pineapple:

Pineapple as an Aphrodisiac

Pineapple fruit when eaten with Honey acts as an Aphrodisiac.

Pineapple for Urinary Tract Infection

Eat a cup of fresh Pineapple daily.

OR : You may drink one glass juice daily.

Pineapple for Joint Pain

Eat a slice of fresh Pineapple daily to reduce the joint pain. Note: Do not consume canned Pineapple. It carries high sugar level which may adverse the effect.

Pineapple for Beriberi

Eat the grated pulp of Pineapple after your meals, twice a day.
