And in this content we are going to make only for small batch, just six cupcakes. But on your own you can make as many as you want, hence you get the steps perfectly.

I also included a simple vanilla cream icing to top up the cupcakes.
Now here’s our simple 6 vanilla cupcake recipe with vanilla frosting.
Ingredients for 6 cupcakes
> 45 grams of butter(softened) or vegetable oil
> 1 large egg
> 80 grams of sugar
> 90 grams of plain flour
> 3/4 teaspoons(3.75 grams) of baking powder
> 40 ml of milk
> 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract/flour
Before you start making the cupcakes, first grease the cupcake pans lightly with butter and dust with flour. But if you are using cupcake liners you can just skip this step.
The next step is to preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes and while the oven is being warmed up, you can go ahead and prepare the cupcake batter.
> In a deep bowl, mix the butter with sugar and the egg, until it is creamy.
> Gradually, sift in the flour and the baking powder then mix until it is well incorporated.
> Also add the milk and the vanilla extract and mix them until combined.
> Now fill the cupcake pans up to 2/3 based on the capacity of the mold.
Note- To make the fill up easier and neater, you can pour the cupcake batter into a plastic bag, cut a tip and pipe the batter into the cupcake pans.
> Finally bake at 20-25 minutes or until the cakes passes toothpick test. Then take them out of the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack.
To make the vanilla cream frosting/icing, simply follow this easy recipe, and use this measurements below to make enough for 6 cupcakes
Things You Need
> 100 grams of butter(softened)
> 125 grams of icing sugar
> Half teaspoon of vanilla extract
> 2 tablespoons of milk
> 2 to 3 drops red food coloring (to give it a light pink color) but this is also based on the color of your choice.
When you have prepared the vanilla butter cream icing/frosting, pipe it on the cupcakes and enjoy.
