Do You Love Carrot cake ? This Is An Outstanding Way To Prepare It.

Carrot is very nourishing and tasty

Carrot cake is also very yummy and my family loves it a lot because of its unique taste yummy.

This is how I prepare my carrot cake!!!!!

Carrot Cake ingredients

1. 400gr grated carrots (about 8-10 carrots)

2. 225 gram Sugar

3. 300 gram Flour

4. 4 Eggs

5. 150ml Vegetable oil

6. Half teaspoon Salt

7. 1 leveled tablespoon Baking Powder

8. 1 leveled tablespoon Baking Soda

9. 1 teaspoon ground Nutmeg

10. 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

11. 120 gram Yogurt or heavy cream (or use 90gr Milk + 30gr melted butter as substitute)


1. First preheat the oven at 180ºC or 350ºF.

2. Prepare the pan by first greasing the inside with butter and then dust lightly with flour.

3. In a large bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda , nutmeg and cinnamon together.

4. In another bowl, beat the eggs, yogurt, oil and sugar together until well combined.

5. Then gradually add the flour mixture .

6. Mix well and finally add the grated carrots.

7. Mix lightly until well incorporated and pour into the prepared pan.

8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes or until the cake is done.

Note: (You’ll know the cake is ready if a skewer dipped into the cake comes out clean, without any batter sticking to it)
