In this article, we are going to see how to prepare Delicious Edikaikong Soup.

Edikaikong Soup is a Yoruba Soup and it is very delicious. It is mostly prepared by the Igbo's because of it delicious taste and Nutrients. Edikaikong Soup needs enough Palm-oil to be very delicious.
Ingredients
* 1 pound of Vegetable
* 1 pound of Waterleaf
* Meat & Stockfish
* Seasoning and Spices
* 4 teaspoons of Crayfish
* A bottle of Palm-oil
* Salt & Water
Preparation (Special recipe)
After cooking your meat and Stockfish Properly, then start adding other ingredients into your meat Stock, add your Crayfish and stir together, then add your well washed and chopped Vegetables, Waterleaf, Maggi, Salt and Palm-oil (big Quantity). Then stir together and cover for some minutes, after about 10 minutes, open the pot and taste what you are cooking to ensure it's delicious, after that stir it together once more and bring it down. Your Soup is Ready!
